On behalf of our client, a national automotive dealer, and as part of the development of its activities, a study of a project to set up a workshop for automotive body works. contains:
- Preparation & sanding areas: with a metal base constructed with crosspieces to which perforated sheets are fixed, thus creating a homogenous distribution of the suction, without any type of civil engineeringworks. These areas also contain a ventilation area formed by a sturdy metal frame&containing filtering areas where filters are housed for retention of solid pigments, easy to open for cleaning & maintenance works. The ventilation area is located in the upper part where the ventilation group is mounted.
- Painting & drying cabines (air flow 20 000 m3/h, electric power 5.5 kW / 7.5 hp, burner power 150 000 Kcal/h, max air temperature 60°C)
